Overview
Veeder-Root has identified an ISD reporting issue with the TLS-450PLUS. When the ISD stored data exceeds 365 days and if the console reboots, the most recent reporting detail in the ISD DAILY REPORT DETAILS report can be lost. An example of the reporting issue can be seen below.
Configurations Not Impacted
This issue will not be encountered if the TLS-450PLUS ISD data is stored for 365 days or less, or if the console is not rebooted after 365 days.
This issue does not impact ISD functionality. This is an ISD reporting issue only. Consoles not running ISD software are not impacted.
Action Required
Veeder-Root recommends updating TLS-450PLUS consoles to version 10.P software, which corrects this reporting issue, during the next service call or as soon as it can be accomplished.
