Warranty Registration and Claims

As we prepare for the upcoming ERP transition scheduled for June 30, 2025, please be advised that the current eWarranty web platform will no longer be compatible with the new ERP system. Consequently, the final day to access the eWarranty platform will be Wednesday, June 25, 2025.

 

Effective Thursday, June 26, 2025, all parts and labor claims must be processed through the SMS portal. 

 

SMS Portal Access: The SMS portal is located on our Extranet site here: https://interactive.gilbarco.com.

Warranty Look-Up

Check the Warranty status on ATG, Vapor, and Nozzle products. In order to check the warranty you will need the equipment part number and serial number when applicable.
