Overview
This notification is intended to assist California Certified Technicians when installing the TLS-450PLUS console with ISD. For complete ISD Installation instructions, refer to ISD TLS-450PLUS Consoles for Veeder-Root Polisher and Healy CAS Install, Setup, & Operation Manual (577014-484).
ISD Hose Mapping
When converting a TLS-350 ISD installation to a TLS-450PLUS, Veeder-Root recommends completing Hose Mapping as outlined in ISD installation manual 577014-484. This avoids potential discrepancies in matching devices.
TLS-450PLUS has requirements to ensure mapping of the site is properly recorded. All transactions used in the process must follow the guidelines below. Anything above or below these limits will be ignored:
- Straight Grade: 0.25 to 0.5 gallon
- Blended Grade: 0.5 to 1 gallon
In-Station Diagnostics
The ISD Setup Tool is not supported by the TLS-450PLUS because diagnostics are available through the GUI including Hose Events.

Note: Veeder-Root recommends keeping the TLS-450PLUS console up-to-date with the latest version of software to ensure performance at its optimal level.
