Combating corrosion in your diesel storage tanks is important for maintaining tank integrity. The HydrX™ Fuel Conditioning System does just that by collecting stagnant water from the lowest point in the tank and filtering the fuel to remove entrained water and particulate.
Since each tank size varies, the HydrX components are customized based on the unique configuration of a customer's tank. To ensure that you get the right fit, application information is required to properly size the hardware. To make things easy, customers can enter applicable inputs from the Site Inspection Guide into veeder.com/us/hydrx-system-configurator to determine the HydrX part numbers needed for their site.
Once in the configurator, enter your email address and select from a series of dropdowns, including:
- Fuel Conditioner – 2.5-Gallon Waste Water Capacity (HydrX 250D model) or 5.0-Gallon Waste Water Capacity (HydrX 500D model)
- STP Type – The Red Jacket® STP or our competitor's STP
- Tank Material – Fiberglass, Steel - Permatank, Steel - ACT - 100, or Other
- Tank Manufacturer – options based on Tank Material selected
- Tank Diameter – options based on Tank Material and Tank Manufacturer selected
- Horizontal Overall Length – Specific to tank tilt and tank size
Then, you will upload your completed HydrX Fuel Conditioning System Site Inspection Guide (576047-355) and click Submit Form for a list of part numbers to order for your HydrX Fuel Conditioning System. From there, reach out to your Veeder-Root distributor to submit your order.
