The Red Jacket AG STP Packer Manifold has all the advantages of The Red Jacket Submersible Turbine Pump platform, while also including an additional 25% in stainless steel hardware of its major components. Here’s what sets The Red Jacket AG STP apart:

Compatible Fuels: All fuels supported by The Red Jacket STP. Ethanol concentrations up to 85%, Methanol concentrations up to 15%, Biodiesel concentrations up to 100%, Jet Fuel and AVGAS, Kerosene and Fuel Oil.
Fuel Compatibility Improvements:
- High Grade Elastomer O-Rings to prevent degradation and maintain optimal seal compression to avoid leaks.
- Check Valve Seat in stainless steel to prevent deterioration of the component and avoid product backflow into the column pipe, stainless steel is more durable than brass.
- Check Valve Lock Down Screw in stainless steel to prevent corrosion deterioration, which would prevent proper interface between the screw and check valve housing.
- Siphon Cartridge and Air Purge Screw in stainless steel to avoid fuel contamination, such as small brass particles, breakage which wear off and ensure proper vacuum capabilities for siphoning tanks or other vacuum monitoring.

The Red Jacket Red Armor STP Packer Manifold has an over 30% increase in stainless steel hardware of major components from The Red Jacket AG STP. It has all the advantages of the Red Jacket Submersible Turbine Pump design but was constructed specifically to withstand corrosive environments. Compatible Fuels: All fuels supported by The Red Jacket STP and The Red Jacket AG STP.
Protects Against: Microbiologically influenced corrosion (MIC) commonly found in ethanol blended fuel sumps and diesel storage tanks containing Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) and biodiesel.
Added Protection on all Exposed Surfaces: The Red Armor coating is applied to all cast surfaces and withstands acetic acid exposure associated with MIC. Stainless steel construction on all exposed surfaces, including the column pipe and Quick Set® connector, ensures easy maintenance of the STP.
