Veeder-Root is headquartered in Simsbury, Connecticut, a suburb northwest of Hartford, and one of five towns in the area known as the Farmington Valley. Simsbury is equally located between Interstates 91 and 84, and is served by Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks. The International Skating Center and Heublein Tower on Talcott Mountain are among the landmarks in town, along with the Performing Arts Center at Simsbury Meadows where the Hartford Symphony Orchestra holds their annual Talcott Mountain Music Festival each summer.
