Level 1: Installation Training for UST Monitoring Systems

Level 1 instruction includes wiring, conduit routing, equipment-mounting requirements, probe and sensor installation, tank and line preparation, and line leak detector installation. This online home study course includes a 9-section test and optional workbook (which may be ordered separately). This course is a prerequisite to attend the Level 2/3 instruction.

Length of Course: Self-Paced (the average student completes this in 12 hours)

Level 2/3:Installation Requirements, System Startup, Accessories, Line Leak Detection, Service, System Troubleshooting, Warranty Registration, and Dispatch Program.

Level 2/3 training includes Installation, Checkout, Startup, Programming, and Operations Training. It also includes Troubleshooting and Service Techniques for all V/R UST Monitoring systems including Line Leak Detection and associated accessories. Level 1 Certification is a prerequisite for Level 2/3 Training.

Length of Course: 3 Days
Certification: Renewal required every 2 years

Level 4: Recertification for Field Service Technicians

This level of training includes review of Level 1 and Level 2/3 key areas, updates, and new enhancements to Veeder-Root UST Monitoring Systems.

Prerequisite: Level 2/3 or Level 4 Certification
Length of Course: 1 Day
Certification: Renewal required every 2 years
