During the development process, TLS-RF system has been tested for a broad range of scenarios from severe weather conditions to certain site layouts, which could cause data blockage. Extensive data was collected and enhancements were made to release a best in class product. With its robust design and high reliability, TLS-RF Wireless System is a quick and affordable way to bring Veeder-Root industry renowned Automatic Tank Gauge technology to your underground storage tanks.

Whether your need is basic inventory management, sensor monitoring, or the benefits associated with either Static In-Tank Testing or Continuous Statistical Leak Detection (CSLD), Veeder-Root's TLS-RF Wireless System can quickly and easily meet your needs where installing conduit and wiring is not a viable alternative.

The TLS-RF System uses industrial grade radio signal with license-free 900MHz frequency hopping technology in North America. Standard Probes, Mag Plus Probes and Mag Sump Sensors communicate with any existing TLS already capable of reading probes or Mag Sump Sensors. Transmitters and battery housings, located in the sump, transmit directly to other system components. This is done without modifications to the sump or forecourt. Receivers and repeaters are placed above ground. The signals
collected by the Receivers and/or Repeater are forwarded to the TLS-RF Console Interface Box. The Console Interface Box then converts the radio signal into data the TLS can interpret. The TLS-RF Console Interface Box is wired directly into the Probe Input module or Smart Sensor Module in the TLS-2, TLS-300, or TLS-350 console or EMC, ProPlus/ProMax equivalent.

In order to provide best in class wireless tank gauging performance, the TLS-RF system transfers data between transmitter and receiver at a much shorter time interval than competitive alternatives, which ensures real time reflection of inventory level and makes delivery/dispensing detection and advanced in tank leak detection functions possible.

The TLS-RF Wireless System is an ideal solution for Fleet Fueling Operators that need a quick, easy, and cost effective solution to their Inventory Management needs associated with ASTs. With its robust design and high reliability, TLS-RF Wireless System is a quick and affordable way to utilize Veeder-Root industry renowned Automatic Tank Gauge technology to help automate your fuel management processes.

The TLS-RF System uses industrial grade radio signal with license-free 900MHz frequency hopping technology in North America. For each tank, a transmitter with battery package is wired to a Mag Plus probe in that tank. Transmitter then communicates through radio wave to a TLS-RF Console Interface Box with radio receiver attached to it. The Console Interface Box then converts the radio signal into data the TLS can interpret as if regular wired probe signal. In order to provide best in class wireless tank gauging performance, the TLS-RF system transfers data between transmitter and receiver at a much shorter time interval than competitive alternatives, which ensures real time reflection of inventory level and makes
delivery and dispensing detection.
