Mechanical Leak Detection and Testing

FXV leak detectors are built for superior performance offering the fastest line leak test available for hourly monitoring.

Two models are available: FX1V andFX2V. Both provide fast test times, advanced materials, increased static head capability, and reduced nuisance tripping.

Guaranteed to detect at a rate of 3 gph at 10 psi for 24 months from
date of manufacture.
Operates effectively in areas that experience extreme temperature changes.
Adapts to applications using high-resiliency lines, such as flexible piping.
Handles up to 11 feet of static head.
Installs and troubleshoots easily. No special wrenches or tools.
Handles a variety of fuels including diesel.

Testing

The FX Tester is the ultimate feature of the FXV System, designed to work with its unique "Snap-Tap"connectors. Clean and efficient, the FX Tester is an all-in-one test unit that enables you to test the FX2V mechanical line leak detector, leak detection rate, submersible pump pressure, line resiliency and siphon systems - all performed right at the submersible pump.

The FX Tester performs a variety of tests without spilling product or interrupting business at a dispenser.

FXV leak detectors are UL listed and third party certified to ensure quality performance and durability.
