Effectively and Efficiently Diagnose Nozzle Induced ISD Alarms with the Enhanced ISD PC Setup Tool

The enhanced ISD PC Setup Tool, version 1.07 easily downloads ISD data from the TLS-350 ATG for on-site troubleshooting analysis. The tool is available at no charge to all certified Veeder-Root ISD technicians, or by special request to your Veeder-Root representative.

Description of Functionality:

Nozzle Diagnostics:
Provides a reference table, which indicates fueling positions that may require further investigation for certain conditions, based on ISD recorded data.
Nozzle Details:
A graphical presentation of the V/L results that can help identify V/L performance of a nozzle, as well as diagnostic recommendation to “Inspect Nozzle” with several common troubleshooting procedures, if the data indicates a potential performance issue.

The enhanced ISD PC Setup Tool, version 1.07 does not report all ISD issues, but does assist the field technician in identifying potential causes of nozzle warnings and alarms.

The PC Setup Tool complements the following tools currently available from Veeder-Root:
• The “In-Station Diagnostics Troubleshooting Guide”, Manual No. 577013-819, Revision C or later;
• The ORVR PC tool;
• Telephone assistance from the Veeder-Root Technical Support team; and
• On-site assistance from the Veeder-Root Field Support team.
