For TLS equipped sites, auto-dial out of alarms allows prompt investigation of site events

Environmental Alarms - generated by leak detection / reconciliation software, leak sensors or pressure line leak detection receive immediate investigation by monitoring centre staff for resolution. In this way priority attention is given to the most potentially high risk conditions.

Tank Management Events - alert to significant operational issues such as overfill alarms, delivery needed warnings or presence of water in the tank. Nominated contacts can automatically receive notification of such events by email or fax.

System Status - alarms allow remote diagnosis and fix of equipment faults. When site visits are required, the remote diagnostics facility makes a first time fix likely.

Internet Reports - automated reporting via the Internet means the data you need is readily accessible at any time. Reports include alarm summary and alarm history with analyst comments when applicable.
