Veeder-Root Announces a True Wireless System for EVR/ISD Implementations in California

SIMSBURY, CT – Veeder-Root announces the availability of the Veeder-Root TLS-RF Wireless System with their EVR (Enhanced Vapor Recovery) ISD (In Station Diagnostics) solution.

The system provides gas dispensing facilities with a cost effective real-time, true wireless solution, which will enable CA retail petroleum marketers to realize a substantial savings on installation costs for ISD upgrades. Since the installation time needed for Veeder-Root’s wireless is greatly reduced from having to break concrete, users can be up and running in only a matter of hours rather than days.

This system can be implemented with any dispenser type and is not impacted by site configurations where power lines support multiple applications such as carwashes and refrigeration units. “Unlike other alternatives, this will be the only wireless ISD implementation available for California and represents an extension of our expertise in wireless technologies. Available today, the initial wireless offering combines current wireless sump sensor technology and standard ISD to substantially reduce the installation costs of certain site configurations.
