The following are brief descriptions of the valuable benefits offered to our associates.
Medical Insurance: Veeder-Root offers in-network and out-of-network benefits which cover medical, dental, mail order drug program, mental health, and vision care.
Health Care and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts: Employees can open these accounts to set aside pre-tax dollars to be used to reimburse for out-of-pocket medical, dental, vision or child or dependent care expenses.
Retirement & Savings Plan: Associates are able to contribute to the Fortive 401k plan on their first day of hire.
Tuition Assistance: The policy provides reimbursement of between 75% and 100% of tuition, books, and fees for college-level courses directly related to your foreseeable growth within Fortive Corporation.
Vacation: 2 weeks for one year, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 15 years. Vacation is determined on a calendar year basis. For less than a year of service on January 1, a prorated schedule is used.
Holidays: Up to eleven designated paid holidays per year.
