eWarranty Service Center

  • Veeder-Root's NEW eWarranty Service Center allows Authorized Service Providers to submit and review claims online 24 hours a day/7 days a week, using a secure, password-protected account. This system provides quicker part replenishment, warranty status and claim processing.

Anyone requesting consideration for warranty reimbursement for ATG or Vapor Products will be required to submit claims through this system. Red Jacket Claims will continue to be submitted with the Red Jacket (Service Report Form) through our Customer Service group in Duncansville, PA.
