Veeder-Root's ILS-350 is an economical solution to regulatory compliance for USTs. Simple to program and operate, the ILS-350 features a modular design for future sensor enhancements and new technologies. Each system can be configured with interstitial, piping sump, vapor, and groundwater monitoring capabilities to meet your regulatory compliance needs.

Monitoring functions are provided by interstitial sensors located between the walls of double-wall tanks, sensors in the sumps of double-wall piping systems, and sensors in vapor and groundwater monitoring wells.

Five built-in relays are available to control external alarm devices when an alarm condition is sensed by any of the sensors installed in the ILS-350 system. Relays can also shut down the submersible pumps if a leak is detected or power to the monitoring system is lost.

An RS-232 Interface Module may be installed in your system allowing you to transmit alarm and sensor status information to a computer, point-of-sale terminal or printing device through a modem.

Features

System monitors up to sixteen sensors
Up to four snap-in, two- and three-wire sensor interface modules accommodating up to four sensors each: two-wire modules (interstitial and sumps sensors) and three-wire modules (vapor and groundwater sensors)
Optional RS-232 Communications Interface
On-site and remote self-diagnostics
Five built-in output relays which can control or shut down the submersibles if power is lost or a leak is detected
An external timed relay allows you to preset its external activation to 10 sec, 60 sec, repeat, or normal operation
Automatic continuous leak sensing: tank annulus, piping sump
Audible alarm and display indicate sensor location
"Sensor out" display messages identify failed or disconnected sensor
Automatic, continuous vapor and groundwater sensing: vapor wells, groundwater wells
Audible alarm and display messages show sensor location
Alarm indicators identify: vapor, groundwater, and leak losses
Alarm relays can trigger alarm/security devices
Programmable alarm configuration ties sensors to two output relays
