Our Call Center is at the heart of all Maintenance Management plans is our state-of-the-art Call Center, a 24-hour toll-free telephone Help Desk staffed by highly trained Call Center Specialists. Aided by sophisticated call management systems, escalation procedures and multi-tiered product support organizations, many calls are resolved without resulting in costly on-site repair visits, reducing costly downtime.

CallCenter2.jpg Help Desk Plus Support provides telephone support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to C-Store Managers, Cashiers, or Repair Personnel. Our telephone support specialists work the same hours you do, so there's no need to wait until the next day to get your problems solved.

You will receive complete management and resolution of all help desk calls and dispatch services with Help Desk Plus Service. Under Help Desk Plus, we own the problem until it's resolved, managing response times, escalation and call closure. Help Desk Plus helps to ensure that the problem was resolved quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
