Automated Data Collection

Gilbarco Veeder-Root can automate the collection of inventory and compliance data using any combination of the following tools. Remember that a member of our customer service team will be assigned to your account to help determine exactly which combination is best for your business. After you determine which is most appropriate, your account profile is entered into our system and you're ready to go!

ATG - FMS provides scheduled polling of any ATG for inventory and compliance data based on the frequency you determine. We can schedule polling for inventory data up to 4 times per day in addition to the on demand polling you can do to get data from the console. This supports all service modules.

V-RSend & SIRSend - FMS provides a toll free automated voice response system that your on-site personnel call into each day to report inventory, sales, and delivery information. This supports the Inventory Planning and UstmanSIR Compliance modules.

Inventory Tool - FMS provides a web based data entry tool with which inventory, sales, and delivery data can be entered by headquarters personnel or fueling site staff. If hand data entry is too much, you can also send this data directly from your computer system to our system. This supports the Inventory Planning and UstmanSIR Compliance modules.

FAX - While not the most automated method, FMS can accept data submitted to a special fax program which feeds the data directly into the UstmanSIR analysis software. This supports the UstmanSIR Compliance module.

Extreme -FMS proprietary software code, enabling the direct gathering and analysis of SIR data on your computer system. This supports the UstmanSIR Compliance module.
